Cedar Park Lands High Speed Direct-to-Garment Printing Company
240 Tech’s second headquarters
Economic agreement adds 35 jobs with average salary of $80,000
California-based high speed direct-to-garment printing company 240 Tech, LLC (240 Tech) will bring its second headquarters to Cedar Park, thanks to an economic development incentive agreement approved by City Council on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at its Regular Scheduled Meeting. Under the performance-based agreement, the second headquarters adds 35 jobs with average wages of $80,000 with a combined annualized payroll of $2,800,000 to Cedar Park.
240 Tech, a leader in the digital garment printing industry, is expanding from Santa Ana, CA and will lease and operate a 9,240 square-foot facility in La Jaita Business Park. This secondary headquarters expansion will be a research and development facility.
240 Tech recently deployed the impressive Ovaljet, an industry disputing direct-to-garment (DTG) printer producing over 300+ full color digital prints per hour on dark garments. OvalJet’s closed loop technology moves each garment through a carousel of automated stations that prepare and print garments in one smooth motion. This allows a single operator to achieve full size, full color prints at unparalleled DTG speeds.
The City is proud to have more industry-leading tech companies choose to put their roots down in Cedar Park.
