He is a Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist and Realtor with Harrison Pearson & Associates. As Franchise Owner, of The Toasted Yoke Cafe, Ron and his wife Val are excited to be opening locations in Cedar Park, Georgetown and Pflugerville TX. We’re especially excited to be able to connect with the community on a day-to-day basis, sharing our restaurants wonderful food and drinks that will make our customer's day a little brighter. When not working the restaurant or real estate, you may find Clay on set of a feature film, TV series or commercial.
