Alzheimer’s Texas Walk "7th Annual Williamson Co. Walk"
The Alzheimer’s Texas Walk is a meaningful way to share in a morning of building awareness for Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders, and advancing the mission of Alzheimer’s Texas. Everyone Walks for their own reason. Some Walk to find treatments for Alzheimer's, others Walk in honor of a loved one, or to ensure quality of life for people with dementia. Maybe you Walk to support caregiving families like your own, or to spread awareness. By participating in an Alzheimer’s Texas Walk, you are guaranteed 100% of funds raised will stay local to be use for support, care, and research. Participate as an individual or form a team! Team Captains have the option to designate how their team money is used: • Full Mission of Alzheimer’s Texas – Supports research and programs and services for individuals with dementia, their families and caregivers in Central Texas. • Caregiver Education and Support – To be used for caregiver training, education, and support services. • Early-Stage Support – To be use for Early-Stage education and support services. • Research – To be used for research only. Registration at 8:30 a.m. | Opening Ceremony at 9:30 a.m. | Walk at 10:00 a.m. Route Length: approximately 2.5 miles

Fees/Admission
There is not a fee to participate in our walk. If you raise fifty dollars you will be eligible to receive a walk t-shirt.
